Heating Panel Calculator

Heating Panel Calculator

Calculate the number of panels needed for efficient heating

Input Parameters

Calculation Result

5

Number of panels needed: 5

Effective area per panel: 10 m²

Specific Coefficient Values

Building class 375 W 420 W 550 W
F (worst insulation) 5 m² 6 m² 8 m²
E 6 m² 7 m² 9 m²
D 7 m² 8 m² 10 m²
C 9 m² 10 m² 13 m²
B 10 m² 11 m² 14 m²
A (best insulation) 16 m² 20 m² 25 m²

How the Calculation Works

The number of panels needed is calculated using the formula:

N = ceil(S / k(E, W))

Where:

  • N - number of panels (rounded up to ensure sufficient heating)
  • S - total area in square meters
  • k(E, W) - specific coefficient (effective heating area per panel)
  • E - building energy efficiency class (from F to A)
  • W - panel power in watts

The k-value is determined from the table based on the building's energy efficiency class and the panel power.

Example Calculation

For a room area of 50 m², class C house, 420 W panel:

  • According to the table k(C,420) = 10 m² per panel
  • Calculation: N = ceil(50 / 10) = ceil(5) = 5 panels

FAQ

1. How is the 20-30% energy saving achieved?

The combination of two main heating principles in the HYBRID heating system ensures high efficiency and even heating of rooms.

  • Infrared heating warms objects in the area of effect: the floor, furniture, walls.
  • The convection heat flow, formed between the wall and the back of the panel, heats the air.
  • Ceramics accumulate heat, allowing the panels to continue releasing it even after being turned off.

The combination of all these principles ensures high energy efficiency..

2. HYBRID — is it a heater or a full heating system?

The HYBRID ceramic panel is a standalone heating device that, when combined, forms a complete heating system. This means that by using the required number of ceramic panels, you can easily heat rooms of any size. In addition to being used as a heating system, HYBRID panels are often used as supplementary heating, combined with an existing traditional heating system or even as an individual heater..

3. How safe is the HYBRID heating system?

The HYBRID heating system has passed full certification in the EU and Israel and has an IP 44 protection rating, which allows it to be freely used in high-humidity areas, including bathrooms. Access to the heating element is fully enclosed. HYBRID panels are resistant to overloads, water splashes, do not burn the air, do not raise dust, and are completely silent.

4. How durable is the HYBRID system?

The ceramic panels are a completely monolithic product. The manufacturer's official warranty is 5 years. The service life is over 30 years

5. Where are HYBRID panels installed?

HYBRID ceramic panels are best installed on the wall at a height of 10-12 cm from the floor, in areas of greatest heat loss: under windows, in corridors, near doors..

6. Is infrared radiation harmful to the human body?

HYBRID ceramic panels emit long-wave infrared rays, which are significantly different from the short infrared rays used in UFO-type heaters. Long infrared waves are completely natural. This is the heat we feel from the sun, for example. You can find more information about the positive effects of infrared rays on the human body online.

7. Why are HYBRID panels only available in white and black?

HYBRID ceramic panels were originally designed as a heating system for homes, apartments, etc. The use of classic colors fits perfectly with all interior design styles, from loft to classic.
